On Wednesday, Rep. Louie Gohmert went on Sean Hannity's radio show to give an
update on his Coronavirus diagnosis. He said that he "was fine" and thanked
all of the doctors in East Texas that have been helping to deal with his situation.
Last week, Gohmert tweeted that he was taking Hydroxychloroquine to treat his
diagnosis. "It is what was decided as the best course of action between my
doctor and me--not by government bureaucrats".
He first learned he had the Coronavirus before attempting to travel with President
Trump to Texas last Wednesday. He tested positive during a pre-flight screening at
the White House.
His daughter Caroline went to Twitter to publicly express her father's diagnosis.
She's a music artist based in Los Angeles under the name "BELLSAINT". She doesn't
share the same political views as her father. Last year, she released as song called
"Much Like My Father" with the lyrics, "Everybody loves you, but there's poison in the
water. You get away with everything. Much like my father."
